I like to get a little pampered (who doesn’t)
getting a massage after a long day feels so heavenly.
Over the last year we stated a mini collection that helped my achy back and tired feet.
1. Neck /Joint massager

rollers relieve pains and muscle fatigue by vigorously kneading your feet

helps prevent and protect dry, cracked and rough skin (I love putting this stuff on after a day in heels)
I like using the wooden massagers because they are easy to clean if you use an oil or lotion.

*as you can see i’ve used it so much that the molded bumps are gone.
Adding a couple of candles can create a relaxing mood (helps us unwind)
And we’re growing some of these babies for Lavender baths.
Lavender baths - Take two handfuls of lavender and let it soak in 2 litres of water, for 8-10 hours (from morning to evening), then filter them. The plant which remain after should be scalded with 2 litres of boiling water, then cover everything and leave it to cool and filter it. Finally, combine the two extracts and the final product should be in the bathing water.
