Step No.1

Pick a color + start out with some extra “slack”

Step No.2

Wrap the twine

Step No.3

With the extra “Slack” from step No.1 make a knot.

Step No.4

Cut +fluff

Done.

Perfect for a party table.

I used my pom-poms to brighten up our beach blanket.
